Board of Directors

Western India Shipyard Limited (WISL) has a broad based Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD consists of six directors of who have considerable experience in maritime industry, law, business and taxation. The Chairman of the BOD is a Non Executive Director and nominee of ICICI Bank Limited.

The Board of Directors has delegated powers to various committees constituted to oversee specific areas like Audit Committee, Remuneration & Compensation Committee, Shareholders & Investors Grievance Committee etc.
