The company has ventured into ship building. It has extensive plans for expansion of its ship repair facility. For its new venture, the company is looking for dedicated and committed personnel in the following discipline:

VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

Vice President (Operations) - is responsible for all the operations of the company in respect of Ship repair, Shipbuilding & Rig repairs. He is required to guide the team of engineers and commercial officers to achieve the targeted turnover of the company.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marine Engineering with Ist Class MOT / Mechanical Engineering OR Naval Architecture with 20-25 years experience out of which 5 years in senior position as Head of the Operations Division of a Ship Repair Yard. He should have thorough knowledge of Marine repairs, Material requirement, Manpower control aqnd distribution. Should possess excellent leadership qualities and should be able to co-ordinate all inter departmental activities related to ship repairs.
