SAFETY OFFICER:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Safety Management / Diploma in Industrial safety from a recognised Institution and having minimum 5 years experience preferably in a ship repair yard.

Skills required:

Fire fighting in industrial environment. Basic First Aid and rescue, Safe Scaffolding Operations, Personal Safety and training programs, Personal Survival Techniques, Vessel Familiarization, Fire prevention and protection ensuring safety measures in welding and cutting, Operation of Crane and heavy equipments, hoists, lifts and wire ropes.
